I have been guilty of ignoring this blog of late, but I will try to do better by my readers from now on. I do apologize for having neglected the blog for so long. I have however, updated the look and feel of my blog. Hopefully everyone will like the new look.
I have been guilty of devoting too much of my time (hopelessly, I might add) to the election, the candidates, and the entire political process. So much so that I have been neglecting ALL of my blogs, not just this one! LOL. I say hopelessly, because as of yet I still am not able to throw my complete support behind any of the candidates. The more I read and hear about them the more I distrust them all! Can we have a do over and try again? LOL.
I have also been spending a lot of time on My Lot of late as well. I have almost gotten enough for my third payout from them. If you like discussions and message boards, you might want to check out the above link. You can earn money, make friends, learn something new, and have entertaining discussions. It is a lot of fun, and they do indeed pay. I have already been paid by them twice now.
On top of all that Hurricane Ike came through here with a vengeance and took out our electricity, phones, Internet, and almost got our water as well. We had quite a few trees down, lost one of our sheds, had fences to repair, and a lot of debris to clean up! It was a mess, let me tell you. We have about gotten everything back in shape now though. And at least we have lights, phone, and Internet again.
I will try to stay more focused on This N That from now on, though. Sorry readers! I will do better, promise.
