Universal Healthcare - Socialism in Disquise?

Hillary Clinton has unveiled her new health care plan and I have to wonder if Universal Health Care will work or go over any better now than it did when President Clinton was in office. It did not work in Europe, so why would it work in America? I am sorry, but America is about Democracy, not Socialism or Communism. To me trying to start a Universal Health Care plan is giving the government entirely too much control over our daily lives. I really don't think that more government is the answer to our health care problems. I do agree that something does need to be done to make health care more affordable, but there has to be a better way than this.
